I first met Tanya when she helped a friend purchase her first condo and was impressed with her local knowledge and lack of pushiness. When my husband and I were ready to start looking for our first home, I immediately reached out. Tanya set up a search for us right away that matched all our criteria and got us in to see several properties quickly. When it came time to put in an offer, Tanya clearly explained each step of the process to us and let us know what to expect without being condescending. She went to bat negotiating for us and stayed in contact every step of the way. Even after our offer was accepted, she stayed in touch and helped refer us to other professionals. Tanya was an exceptional agent. As first time home-buyers she was patient, clear, and extremely helpful navigating us through the process (and during the crazy fast-paced environment that covid created!). She walked us through every stage of the process and helped us think through the pros and cons of every place we looked at. She has a ton of experience not only in real estate but also in remodeling, so she helped us to think through renovations that could be done. In addition, she has a great network of professionals she works with (lenders, attorneys, etc) who helped shepherd us through the offer, negotiations and closing process. Her responsiveness is AMAZING (seriously, does she ever take time off??) and was always available immediately with an answer or would get back to me with answer ASAP if she didn't know it. I would 100% recommend Tanya to any home-buyer. She is my agent for life!

Tanya is the agent you HOPE you find when buying or selling your home. She made the process so easy and stress-free, I wanted to hug her when it was finished! Tanya was always available to answer my questions, no matter how small they seemed, and even though I could tell she had several other clients she was working with, she always made me feel like I was her only concern. I could not give her a higher recommendation, and if I could give her 10 stars I would.

Excellent service from beginning to end! She was always available and would return text messages in less than a minute! If she didn’t have the answer to my question should would always get it by the end of the day (usually within 30 minutes).

Tanya is, hands down, the best real estate agent in Chicago. She is extremely well versed in the HARDEST markets in Chicagoland and can make a sale in no time. Tanya is so invested in her clients success that she brings her all every single day no matter what unforeseen circumstances come your way....and they will. We worked with her on preparing our home for sale, and within 24 hours of her photographer coming in we had multiple offers on our house. As great and easy as the start was, she was also able to coach us through a very tough process with a terrible buyer and even worse lender, all the while she put up with our complaining. As a first-time home-buyer, Tanya was extremely patient with me. She was knowledgeable, and able to answer the many questions I asked. She also brought to light some things to think that I wasn't aware of as a first-time buyer.

I found Tanya on Zillow and she responded almost immediately. I went to see several houses between October and April, even in very bad snow she was always there to show me more houses. I can say she will help you no matter what your budget is and will help you in your home buying process.

Tanya went above and beyond assisting us with purchasing and closing of our condo. She was there every step of the way! My partner and I have known Tanya for a number of years, and recently worked with her to purchase a 3-bedroom condo. Working with Tanya to find a new home was a very positive experience. Tanya was extremely helpful and very professional in all my dealings with her. I'm relocating to Chicago from NY and was not sure about how to manage this in the time of COVID. We used FaceTime to visit several apartments and found the absolute perfect apartment in terms of price, quality and location -- I did not feel like I had to make any trade-offs to get what I wanted. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and generated appropriate leads; she did not push her own perspective and always provided helpful information.
